【国指定：無形民俗】宮古のクイチャー

〔みやこのくいちゃー〕

宮古のクイチャーは、宮古諸島各地に伝承されている集団の踊りである。豊年祭や雨乞い等の機会に、また、随時娯楽として、集落ごとに生き生きと踊られてきた。
クイチャーは、通常野外で男女が輪になって歌い踊るものである。皆で声を合わせて歌いながら、円陣をつくり両手を前後左右に振り、大地を踏みしめ跳びはねる動作を繰り返し、合間に手拍子を打つ。歌は豊穣を祈る歌・雨乞いの歌・恋人への思いを込めた歌・生活や労働の喜び・苦しみなどを歌った歌など多様な内容を示している。
宮古のクイチャーは、人びとの生活や信仰に深く結びついて伝承されていて、芸能の本来のあり方をうかがわせ、踊りや歌は他に類例がなく地域的特色を示している。

【National Designation：Intangible Folk Culture Property】Kuicha Dance of Miyako

The Kuicha of Miyako is a group dance that has been passed on down the generations in various areas of the Miyako Islands. The people lively dance the Kuicha in the various communities for harvest festivals, rituals in prayer for rain, as well as for entertainment and fun throughout the year.
The Kuicha is usually danced outdoors by men and women singing and dancing in a circle. They sing together and create a circle, swinging their arms back and forth, side to side, and repeat their steps and jumps, clapping their hands in between the moves to keep their rhythm. The accompanying songs are diverse in detail, singing in prayer for fertility or rain, love songs, joys in life and work as well as about hardships.
The Kuicha dance of Miyako is deeply connected to the lives and beliefs of the people here as it gets inherited by the younger generations. It shows us the fundamental nature of performing arts and its songs and dance are unlike any other, presenting a unique art of the region.

【國家指定：無形民俗】宮古的和聲舞（Kuichaa）

宮古的和聲舞是傳承於宮古諸島各地的團體舞蹈。每逢豐年祭或祈雨時，或作為隨時娛樂，每個村落都會生龍活虎地邊跳邊舞。
和聲舞通常在野外由男女圍成一個圈子歌唱舞蹈。全體人員一邊和聲歌唱，一邊圍成圓圈，兩手前後左右揮舞，腳踩大地，歡樂地反復踏著舞步，不時還打著拍子。歌曲有祈禱五穀豐登的歌、祈雨歌、向戀人表達思慕的歌、贊美生活和勞動的歌、傾訴悲苦的歌等，內容豐富多樣。
宮古的和聲舞因為與人們的生活及信仰緊密相聯，所以，一直流傳至今。不但體現了傳統藝能原來的姿態，其舞蹈和歌曲顯示出了獨一無二的地方特色。

【정부 지정：무형 민속】미야코의 구이차 춤

미야코의 구이차 춤은 미야코제도 각지에 전래되는 집단 춤이다. 풍년제나 기우제, 혹은 상시적인 오락으로써 마을마다 생기 넘치는 춤 으로 전해져 왔다.
구이차는 보통 야외에서 남녀가 원형을 만들어서 노래하고 춤을 춘다. 모두 함께 노래하면서 원을 만들고, 양손을 전후좌우로 흔들면서, 땅을 구르고 뛰는 동작을 반복한다. 이 과정에서 박수를 친다. 노래는 풍년을 기원하는 노래, 비를 기원하는 노래, 연인에게 사랑을 전하는 노래, 생활과 노동의 기쁨 등 다양한 내용을 담고 있다.
미야코의 구이차는 사람들의 생활과 신앙과 깊은 관련을 맺으면서 전래되어왔다. 예능 본래 모습을 엿볼 수 있으며, 춤과 노래는 유례가 없는 지역적 특색을 보이고 있다.
